About Seongsu Melting Clinic in Seongsu, Seoul
Seven standards, private rooms and physician-led care where tension melts away

Seongsu Melting Clinic is a physician-led skin and body clinic in Seongsu-dong, Seoul, founded by Dr. Park Kyung-min, who has led it since April 2024. Our Korean tagline translates as "where beauty melts in." This page explains what that means, the seven standards we work by, and what the space is like when you visit.
Why "Melting"?
The name is about tension melting away. Many people arrive at an aesthetic clinic a little anxious: about needles, about cost, about whether they will look like themselves. We want that tension to ease from the moment you sit down. Melting also describes part of what we do, from MelFat for stubborn fat to lifting and regeneration treatments that let results settle in gradually rather than announce themselves.
Our seven standards
1. Honest care
We use genuine products at the exact dose planned for you, and treatment is customized rather than sold as a one-size package. Pricing is explained at consultation.
2. Research and academic activity
Dr. Park has given 123 conference presentations, published clinical papers and holds several academic society roles. That work keeps the clinic's methods tied to current evidence.
3. A range of devices
Faces differ, so one machine is not enough. The clinic offers ONDA, InMode, Sunny lifting, Shurink Universe, Lapera Pro and Ultherapy Prime for lifting, plus lasers for pigment, redness, acne and texture.
4. Key opinion leader experience
Dr. Park serves as a KOL in ONDA lifting, Rejuran, Plamon, obesity medications, fillers and Juvelook, which means he teaches other physicians about the same treatments he offers you.
5. Our own recipes
Three treatments were developed in-house: the steroid-free MelFat injection (patent pending), the Melting Glow regeneration injection built around Rejuran and Plamon, and a "golden ratio" MiraJet protocol.
6. Melting Tea and a calm space
Guests are offered Melting Tea, a choice of three herbal blends, in a space designed around music and scent. It is a small thing, but it sets the tone for an unhurried visit.
7. Sharing what we know
In 2026 Dr. Park co-authored a book for general readers, Doctor, I barely eat but I still gain weight, about why weight gain is often more than a matter of eating less.
The space
The clinic is on the fourth floor of the Samjin Building, a three-minute walk from Seongsu Station. Inside, we separated the flows for skincare, laser and procedures so that patients are not moved back and forth through a busy corridor. Skincare is done in private one-person rooms, which many patients appreciate after a peel or a booster when they would rather not be seen with a red face.
- Private one-person skincare rooms
- Separate areas for care, laser and procedures
- Music and scent designed for a calmer visit
- Melting Tea with three herbal blends
How a visit works
Dr. Park handles your care personally, one to one, from consultation to finish. He examines the face or body area first. For lifting, that means feeling the ligaments and fat before choosing a device. For weight-related changes, it means sorting out whether an area is sagging, hollow or carrying extra fat, because those need different treatments.
He explains what he plans to do before starting and keeps talking you through it during treatment. If a treatment is not a good fit, for example if the laxity you are concerned about is at a level where surgery would make more sense, he will tell you.
Who we see
- People wanting natural-looking lifting and skin quality improvements
- Patients with stubborn areas of fat, such as a double chin, arms, abdomen or thighs
- People losing weight, including those using GLP-1 medications, who notice changes in facial volume or skin
- International patients, who can message the clinic in English via WhatsApp, LINE, WeChat or KakaoTalk
A note from Dr. Park
Dr. Park often tells patients that a device is only as good as the diagnosis behind it. He built Melting Clinic around the idea that looking at face structure first, being honest about products and doses, and connecting research to everyday practice leads to results that look like the patient, just a little more rested.
