Swelling and bruising usually last 2–3 days and may take 1–2 weeks to fully settle. The area can feel firm, tender, or slightly numb for a while. Fat reduction appears gradually, and most people need more than one session. Results vary.
Aftercare
- Massage the treated area for 2–3 hours as instructed
- Expect a warm feeling, swelling, and possible bruising in the first days
- Avoid alcohol, saunas, and heavy exercise on the treatment day
