MiraJet in Seongsu, Seoul
Needle-free, heat-free microjet with a golden-ratio recipe for scars and pores
MiraJet is a needle-free microjet skin treatment available at Seongsu Melting Clinic in Seongsu, Seoul. It delivers tiny, high-speed streams of solution into the skin without needles or heat, and the clinic uses its own "golden ratio" MiraJet recipe for acne scars, enlarged pores and stretch marks.
What is MiraJet?
MiraJet uses pressure to push an extremely fine jet of liquid through the skin surface. The jet creates micro-channels and delivers the solution directly into the target layer. Because it involves no needles and no heat, it avoids the thermal injury of lasers and RF, which can matter for people prone to pigment changes after heat-based treatments. The controlled micro-injury also encourages the skin's natural repair and collagen production.
How we approach MiraJet at Seongsu Melting Clinic
MiraJet is one of the clinic's in-house recipes. The "golden ratio" refers to the specific blend and proportions Dr. Park uses in the jet, adjusted to the concern being treated. He first looks at the type of scar or texture problem: rolling, boxcar and icepick acne scars behave differently, and stretch marks change as they age from red to white. That assessment decides whether MiraJet alone makes sense or whether it pairs better with other treatments such as Secret RF microneedling.
- Acne scars: to soften the depth and edges of scars over a series of sessions
- Enlarged pores: to refine texture and improve the look of pores
- Stretch marks: to improve the texture and appearance of stretch marks on the body
A good fit if…
- You are anxious about needles
- Your skin tends to darken after laser or heat treatments
- You have textured scarring, enlarged pores or stretch marks
- You want a treatment with limited downtime
Consider something else if…
- You are pregnant or breastfeeding
- You have active, inflamed acne or skin infection in the area; this is usually calmed first
- You have a history of keloid scarring
- You expect scars to disappear completely; the aim is improvement, not erasure
What to expect
After consultation, the skin is cleansed and the device is passed over the area. You will feel a quick snapping or pressure sensation with each pulse. Mild redness and small marks at the treated points are common and usually fade within a day or so. Most people return to daily life soon after. Scar and texture work usually needs several sessions spaced a few weeks apart, and improvement builds gradually as the skin remodels. Results vary.
Aftercare
- Keep the area clean and avoid makeup for the rest of the day
- Use a gentle moisturizer and daily sunscreen
- Avoid saunas, swimming pools and heavy sweating for a day or two
- Skip retinoids and exfoliating acids for a few days unless advised
- Contact the clinic if redness increases rather than fades
A note from Dr. Park
Dr. Park often tells patients that scars and stretch marks respond to patience and the right match of tools. He developed the golden-ratio MiraJet recipe so that people who cannot tolerate heat or needles well still have a meaningful option, and he is straightforward about what a series of sessions can and cannot change.
