Seongsu Melting Clinic is an English-friendly skin clinic in Seongsu, Seoul. We are not in Gangnam, but we are on the same subway line: Seongsu Station on Line 2 is a direct ride from Gangnam Station for many visitors. This page covers the practical side of visiting us as an English-speaking patient.
What does English-friendly mean here?
We want to be precise. English-friendly means you can message the clinic in English through WhatsApp, LINE, WeChat, or KakaoTalk, and tell us your language needs so we can be clear about what support is available on your visit date. It does not mean every staff member speaks fluent English. What we promise is time: nothing is done until the plan, risks, and aftercare are clear to you.
How booking works at Seongsu Melting Clinic
- Message us first on WhatsApp or KakaoTalk (LINE and WeChat also work) with your concerns, treatment interests, and dates in Seoul.
- Share photos if you like: clear, well-lit, no filter, makeup-free if possible.
- Confirm a time: weekdays 10:00 to 20:00 (lunch 13:00 to 14:00) or Saturdays 9:30 to 15:00. We are closed Sundays and public holidays.
- Consult in person: Dr. Park Kyung-min examines you personally and explains options and pricing before any treatment.
A good fit if…
- You want aesthetic care such as lifting, skin boosters, laser toning, acne care, or MelFat body contouring.
- You are comfortable planning by message before arriving.
- You prefer one physician handling your visit from start to finish.
Consider something else if…
- You need a skin disease diagnosis or a surgical procedure.

- You are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have an active infection; many treatments will wait.
What to bring and what to expect
- Your passport or ID for registration.
- A list of medications, supplements, allergies, and any past cosmetic procedures, written in English is fine.
- Sunscreen, a hat, or a mask for the ride back after laser or peel treatments.
- Clean skin, or allow a few minutes to remove makeup at the clinic.
Allow time for consultation plus treatment. As a guide, ONDA lifting takes about 20 minutes and skin boosters or MelFat about 30 minutes, not counting preparation. Some treatments leave redness or swelling, so tell us your plans for the next few days and we will factor that in.
Payment and receipts
Pricing depends on the treatment and your plan, and is explained at consultation before you agree to anything. If you need a receipt or treatment details for your own records, ask at checkout and we will do our part to help. We cannot advise on whether your insurance will reimburse cosmetic care, so check with your insurer before you travel.
Aftercare
- Follow the written aftercare for your treatment.
- Avoid saunas, hot baths, and alcohol for the period advised.
- Message us in English with a photo if you have questions after leaving.

Dr. Park explains before treating and keeps talking during the procedure, which matters even more when you are in another country. He also uses genuine products at the exact dose and tells patients so openly, because trust is harder to build across a language gap.
